Let's assume that that can't be done, because such a set of directives 
does not exist. 

If you need further clarification, you'll need to go to 
the courts in your jurisdiction (or assume that you can do whatever you 
want to do, and wait for djb to sue). It's still a waste of everyone's 
time and goodwill to discuss here.
