If this is a no brainer, and it's the only traffic I've seen on this
list for months, then, with a knowledge that there are about two, maybe
three, ways to install qmail somewhere, what else remains to be
discussed on this list? A whole mailinglist dedicated to saying
something along "if you want to install qmail, wget the software first,
find your compiler etc" seems a bit, umm, redundant, no?

Apart from that, I'm to a large extend very happy with what qmail does,
but if I would go about taking Dan's design and rewrite the whole thing
in Ada (my favourite programming language), then I'd still be very
likely violating his copyright even if I don't release. So how exactly
do you suggest that I solve the problem?
