If a copyright violation is happening here, Dan is the only one who can take
action.  It is a waste of time for the rest of us to sit here speculating
about what is happening.  Considering the volume of list messages regarding
this I can't imagine that Dan is not aware of the issue (if there in fact is
an issue).
