You're wrong.  If you sold the server with qmail installed on it, you would
be in violation of Dan's copyright, just like you would be in violation of
music industry copyrights if you ripped all of your legally purchased CD's 
into mp3's, stored them on the server, and then sold it.

Please stop making legal assertions -- you obviously do not understand even
basic principles of copyright law.
