This patch changes Charles Cazabon’s queue-repair 
(http://pyropus.ca/software/queue-repair/) in two ways:

1. Run under Python 3 (and 2.7, but maybe not earlier versions anymore)
2. Allow /var/qmail/queue to be a symbolic link
