You COULD put everything below a 'c=IT' to avoid many databases (which
istn't such a big deal really - probably better in the long run anyway):

    dc=domain1,dc=com,c=IT
    dc=domain2,dc=com,c=IT
    dc=domain1,dc=org,c=IT
