blank page after login

i try to setup a new mail server on a debian sarge box and want to use
phpqladmin to ease adding/removing users. I already set up qmail-ldap on
nother box without problems.

Everytime i try to log into phpqladmin on the new box, i get a blank page
and i don't understand why. I think it's because my ldap database doesn't
contain already what it should, but i don't understand very well what i
should add to this in order to make it work. Could anybody provide a sample
ldif of a minimal working ldap to make it work ?
