You 'might' also be able to have that domains email be forwarded to the 
new servers. I believe there is destination host(or something like that) 
option at the mailbox or domain level. You could also use balance to 
forward port 25 -- turn off qmail-smtp -- turn on balance point it at 
the new server ....
