cpu usage

Hi All,

I need some help on cpu usage.

my qmail-smtp daemon uses 100% of cpu usage 

can someone help me to figure out my configurations.

CPU = Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.20GHz
RAM = 244072 kB
