Hello Robert,

Hopefully, in the next few days i'll be putting a new version of 
qenvscan-policyd online, along with the respective qmail-ldap 
qmail-smtpd patch. You might want to check out those new versions since 
they will allow throttling for authenticated users and authorized relay 
hosts, which doesn't happen atm. José's patch will also be included, of 
course.

I'm also curious if you're deploying this with policyd v1 or v2.
