Qmail scanner should not be actually causing any issues. Disable it for
the IP address of the network copier (edit /etc/tcprules/smtp.rules) by
setting QMAILQUEUE=/usr/bin/qmail-queue and test again.

I think you'll find the copier is creating such headers - not Q-S...
