Two problems with ASK

I've just installed ASK. I really like it's options, features, etc,
but I've got also a little problems with it. :-(

I use it with Exim (FreeBSD 4) and I've found the following log lines:

2004-01-11 00:27:24 1AfSVo-00060I-DO <= [email protected] U=romek
P=local S=437 [email protected]

2004-01-11 00:56:34 1AfSVo-00060I-DO Spool file is locked (another
process is handling this message)
2004-01-11 01:26:34 1AfSVo-00060I-DO Spool file is locked (another
process is handling this message)

2004-01-11 01:27:24 1AfSVo-00060I-DO ** |/usr/nopkg/bin/ask.py
--loglevel=3 --logfile=/home/users/apm/.ask/ask.log
--home=/home/users/apm <[email protected]> R=userforward T=address_pipe:
pipe delivery process timed out

2004-01-11 01:27:24 1AfTRs-00067B-G0 <= <> R=1AfSVo-00060I-DO U=exim
P=local S=1371
2004-01-11 01:27:24 1AfSVo-00060I-DO Completed

What's going on? How can I fix it? Similiar log lines appeared 4
times (excluding this one).

I also did a little high-load test. I sent about 300 messages in a few
seconds and I've received many error messages:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/nopkg/bin/ask.py", line 71, in ?
    rc = ask.filter(sys.stdin)
  File "/usr/nopkg/lib/ask/askmain.py", line 113, in filter
    self.msg.deliver_mail("Whitelist match [%s]" % self.msg.list_match)
  File "/usr/nopkg/lib/ask/askmessage.py", line 455, in deliver_mail
    self.mail.deliver_mail(self.config.rc_mymailbox, self.tmpfile, custom_header)
  File "/usr/nopkg/lib/ask/askmail.py", line 178, in deliver_mail
    os.rename(maildir_file, maildir_file_new)
OSError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory

Wasn't it caused by heavy load?
