I saw this back in 2003, when it first appeared in the news. I don't really
know what happened to the case, or if Mr. Goldman is still pursuing this. I
wonder if there's any prior art to that. There probably is.

I really do not know what is going to happen with all this. If this patent
madness does not stop, everybody will end up dead, because someone is bound
to patent the act of breathing.
