ASK for Whitelist and ignorelist only with Webpage

Hello All,

Here is what I am looking to do with my kids email.  

    1.) Setup ASK to do normal operation but don't send the "confirmation message" just put it in the queue folder.  
    2.) Setup a webpage that I look at from time to time to look at each users email.
        a.)    Webpage will need to have the queued message from email address and the subject
        b.)    Webpage will need to have a link to view the whole message if needed
        c.)    Webpage will need to have a way to "Accept and whitelist email address" and "delete and ignorelist email address"

Any ideas or help would be great... I think the ASK Maintenance will do what I need but I can't find it..
