New beta and MySQL

Hi,
In the past couple of month I have been working to add a MySQL database
for ASK and a comprehensive management and setup tool written in PHP. This
 functionality did not change any of the ASK original way of doing things
in a flat files and I am almost done.
My issue now is that a beta release is out and I am looking for ideas on
how I can incorporate all the changes/additions I made in the new release
without major cut and paste job.

Most of the changes are in the askmessages.py, a few in askmain.py.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

The setup I did this on is postfix(maildir) on a virtual host with many
domains and procmail.
