ASK + Mailman

I'd like to use ASK to filter out bad senders before any postings are even
attempted to be sent to a Mailman list I have.  The list itself is
moderated, so nothing gets posted until I check the daily queue and accept
or reject postings.  I'd like to eliminate much of the messages from bogus
emails from that mailman queue by using ASK.

Has anyone done this before?  Any issues?
