If you're using procmail, then yes.

You can always save a copy of every incoming mail before you decide to
pipe it into ASK (or any other program, for that matter). Furthermore,
new versions of ASK do not rely on the program's exit code to signal
delivery/non-delivery to procmail anymore.  Instead, ASK now inserts a header
in the message that can be used to filter it with procmail.
