note they're way outdated though.

likely needed if you don't have libtre-dev installed (ie with .h in usual
search path).

Note that just removing the ->value explicit ref is *not* the way to go: that
means that regex_t in crmregex_tre.c would be that from system's non-TRE 
regex, and that's likely to cause troubles.
