grumph ... it's been discussed and supposedly fixed long ago: the :@:: is 
often used within // and it'd be a pretty ugly to write&read a modestly 
complex expression if you had to escape every '/'. 
Likewise for any other delim it might happen to occur within.

heck, I might be the only one to have a binary around that does just that.

Anyway, should a new parser happen make it into mainline, I'd vote for such
samer smartness (again).
