Well, it's rather a multi-stage bug: lexer is crappy as it doesn't properly check for argument delimiters, combined with off-by-one code which isn't so much corrected as more 'nudged the other way' by different code in other calls. Don't know if latest wget vanilla has the fix for this. The runaway Zend bit Thomas is seeing is, IIRC, different from that stuff mentioned in oct/2008, as I seem to recall running into that same (beep) in Spring 2008.
