Are there any firewall restrictions affecting who can reach the ptprime.net mail server at 208.38.61.228? > So.... the problem is that this IP is assigned to our customer and the e-mail address you are trying to see doesn't belongs to that IP (62.48.149.231), what can there be done to solve this problem? [email protected] is one of the contact addresses offered on the removal system for this IP. If the mail server there accepted connections from everywhere on the Internet, you could use that address to remove this IP in conjunction with the removal system on the DSBL website. Regards, Paul.
