Why are you not removing us from your blacklist?  we have gone through your 
removal steps twice and have still not been removed.  we are an accounting 
company that relies heavily on email.  If you want to host a site of this 
nature you need to be a little more readily available to people who follow 
your "STEPS" and your site fails to do what it claims.  If you could please 
send me a Phone number to get in contact with you to see what we must do to 
get off your list that would be much appreciated.  I understand the 
usefullness of blacklists but you need to be a little more careful about who 
gets blacklisted.  I am not going to go through your process again over the 
web so make sure I get the phone number.
