DSBL provides support via email only to maintain public accountability
of all conversations.

Your removal attempts have failed because you still haven't fixed the
original problems that got you listed:

* You have a wide-open SMTP relay.  It relays even without complicated
  spammer relay tricks.

* You support SMTP authentication and have a user "test" with a password
  "test".  Spammers can and do exploit such common open accounts.

Please note that while the former issue is common and easily fixable,
the latter has possibly (probably?) compromised your whole machine by this
time.  You should reinstall, making sure that these problems are fixed
before putting the machine back on the public Internet.  Only when
you're sure that your system is secure, use the removal system to remove
your host from DSBL.
