http://dsbl.org/listing?212.244.172.66 does not display any attempts to
send the confirmation mail to you. So, there is no any "7-day countdown"
in effect.

The real problem is your host anonymity. 212.244.172.66 is not present
in reverse DNS, so DSBL system is absolutely unable to retrieve the
domain part for your "postmaster".

Please ask your ISP to create an informative reverse DNS record for
212.244.172.66, then use "removalquery".
