I'm afraid that the only way for urgent recovery is to use your ISP
relay as "smarthost" for all outgoing mail; same as dialup users do. The
details are available in ISP helpdesk (the relay name) and in your
mailserver manuals (where to put this name).

I can see at http://dsbl.org/listing?194.206.220.2 that the removal was
requested from your IP 194.206.220.2. The "removalquery" procedure asks
you several times: "are you really able to receive mail for the choosen
address?". And you have agreed that you are able to receive
<[email protected]>...

Yes, the new test message can be sent next week, on September 13. I
propose you to read http://dsbl.org/faq-listed#notmine before using
"removalquery" and use an address which REALLY belongs to you:
<[email protected]>.
