Hi.  I am in the process of delisting our server.  We did acknowledge we had
a problem - someone had hacked in to our server and was spamming people from
it, and thanks to you guys, we were able to notice (mail bounced back to us
with your message, which clued us in to the problem).  We now have a brand
new server with much better security, etc.
However, I am new at this server business, and I have some questions!  I
would like to know how to teach our server to recognize mail from
@adsl-66-137-108-210.dsl.hstntx.swbell.net instead of @exterraltd.com.    I
ran test e-mails to the addresses you listed:

1. [email protected]
<mailto:[email protected]>
2. [email protected] <mailto:[email protected]>
3. [email protected]
<mailto:[email protected]>
4. [email protected] <mailto:[email protected]>

On your website, it says that #1 and #3 should go directly to our server.
However, for both addresses, I received :

did not reach the following recipient(s):

[email protected] on Wed, 7 Sep 2005
11:10:23 -0500
    You do not have permission to send to this recipient.  For

[email protected]>





















What do I need to do to change this?  If you can, please help me out.  Any
advice will be great.  Also, one more question about RFC….What other things
are needed to be compliant with the RFC?  Would we need to have
[email protected] <mailto:[email protected]>  on our
website?  We have [email protected] <mailto:[email protected]>  on our
website.  Does this need to be changed?
