Remove 85.92.69.73

We waited 7 days and now we saw another person requested the removal of
our IP. He is not the administrator of the machine. Now, we can't put a
request because an unauthorized person did that. What should we do now?
Wait 7 days again? Please remove the listing since this issue has been
addressed last week and the compromised account has been secured. No spam
messages were sent since then. I am waiting for your prompt response.
