As far as I can see, this "unauthorized person" did absolutely nothing
bad. The requested test message was sent to the standard administrative
account <[email protected]>; now it must be in the mailbox of
responsible technical person at your side, in full accordance with RFC
2821, Section 4.5.1 (Minimum Implementation).

My proposal: locate the person controlling e-mail subsytem in
iko.gotobg.net and ask him|her to do the necessary simple actions.
