That's very normal. English is not a native language for many
participants of this maillist.

It's very normal too, if your security relies on "antiviruses" only.
Possibly, a better aproach could be to defend your server from *any*
unauthorised executable code, no matter if this code known to an
antivirus or not. The practical experience shows that this model works
much better. Have you found why was this piece of malicious code was
started as program in your server? Have you closed this system
vulnerability to prevent futher incidents with "unknown" viruses?

Sorry. It will not be done until your domain name will be published in
reverse DNS. Your only chance is to continue your talks with Videotron
and convince them that the presence of valid reverse DNS record is an
absolute requirement for a production mailserver. Quite many systems
simply reject *any* anonymous senders, without any blacklists; for
instance, look at http://postmaster.aol.com/guidelines/standards.html
