Hello,
 
I'll try to explain the situation as briefly as possible. Also, forgive
my English mistakes, I speak French.
Our server got infected with a new virus which was undetectable at the
time it happened. Obviously, the mail server was affected and misused
for a couple of days and I perfectly understand why our IP address would
be listed.
 
I tried using your automated removal system, but because of lack of
reverse DNS support from my ISP (videotron), I can't get passed the
second stage. 
 
Our domain name is:  oppq.qc.ca  and all the following are valid
addresses,

[email protected]
 
I'm not asking you to remove me from the list but simply to send me the
email so I can go on with the removal procedure.
