Dear Sir,

Thanks for your reply.

The OS on the computer with ip 204 already reinstalled.

If we send email out through 205 server, other server will reject our
email with the message said
that 206 is in your database.

So I want to remove the 206 from your database.

It is not necessary for us to have 206 with a host name & reverse DNS.
Because it is not a computer or firewall.
The ISP need more than one week to process the request
and they said it is not necessary to pay for the setup service on the
router that they loan to us.

Is there any way we can do in order to help us to remove 206 from your
database ?

Best Regards,
Or / Flex-Box

Set up reverse DNS for the router, for example pointing it to
"router.flex-box.com". There will then be contact addresses postmaster
and abuse at flex-box.com listed for 210.177.143.206 on the DSBL removal
system and whoever receives mail for those addresses can remove that IP
from DSBL.

You should also of course remove the virus infection/trojan from the
machine at 210.177.143.204 that was responsible for this listing.

Regards, Paul.
