That means that outgoing connections from your 205 server are being 
routed through (and appear to have originated from) the router at 206. 
So as far as the rest of the Internet is concerned, 206 is your outgoing 
mail server.

However, to the rest of the Internet it appears to be your outgoing mail 
server, and for that reason alone it should have reverse DNS (many mail 
systems refuse mail from "anonymous" hosts with no rDNS). DSBL's policy 
is not to remove IPs that have no reverse DNS.

There is no way to remove 206 from DSBL without reverse DNS. However, if 
you could configure your mail server so that its outbound connections 
did appear to come from 205, you would able to send mail to sites using 
DSBL without problems, since 205 is not listed by DSBL.
