This machine is listed in DSBL since January 2004 because it was
operating as "open relay". Fortunately, this vulnerability seems to be
closed now: 211.110.14.177 does not accept SMTP connections.

211.110.14.177 cannot and will not be delisted from DSBL while this IP
has no publically known name written in the reverse DNS database. When I
receive something undesired from this mailserver, I have no way to
derive "www.gilbut.co.kr" name, because Thrunet domain name system says
that there are no PTR records for 211.110.14.177.

detailed diagnostics.

The practical proposal is to contact Thrunet and ask them to fill their
DNS databases properly. Your mailserver should not be anonymous.
When it will be done, you will be able to delist 211.110.14.177 from
DSBL using "Removal Query" procedure.
