Surely, you did not. Your computer did it without your knowledge in
August, because it was infected by viruses. See "Messages from this
host" at http://dsbl.org/listing?60.191.9.68 ; a proxy server at high
port number was definitely installed by a virus.

If you are sure that no vuruses are running in your mailserver now, you
are welcome to use "Removal Query" procedure at DSBL webserver. But you
absolutely need an informative reverse DNS record for this procedure;
anonymous hosts are not delisted. Please contact your ISP and ask it to
fill their reverse DNS database properly. Now  60.191.9.68 is missing in
 domain name system.

Details:
ns.zjnbptt.net.cn. (an authoritative nameserver for
191.60.in-addr.arpa., which is in charge of the reverse DNS for 60.191.9.68)
