You are probably right. You share 65.70.156.162 with other people and
as a result you also share a reputation with them.

That is an important point. DSBL is designed for email applications.
65.70.156.162 was listed some time in 2004. If you were running an
email server at this address you would have unlisted yourself a
long time ago.

Don't worry. Fear and anger lead to the dark side. As you've not
lost your sense of humor yet you should be able to resist temptation.

The problem is that spammers abuse comments on webpages to post links to
their own websites, hoping that this will boost their ranking in google.
This abuse is often accomplished via open proxies. The same thing goes
for email abuse. DSBL lists IP addresses that once ran an open proxy
that was used for email spamming.
However, sending email and visiting a website are quite different.
It is unusual for a dynamic IP to send email without using the
ISP's mail server. It is normal for a dynamic IP to visit a website.

As DSBL only unlists an IP upon request of the postmaster or abuse
person responsible for the IP it is not suitable for - and not designed
for - filtering access to websites.

Your options are:

1) Try and persuade the webmaster of onegoodmove.org//1gm/ to use
   another blocklist that is more forgiving to dynamic IPs that have not
   misbehaved recently. "blitzed.opm.org" and "cbl.abuseat.org" come in
   mind.

2) Stop posting comments to websites

3) Get a fresh dynamic IP that is not listed by DSBL

4) Yield to the temptation of the dark side and submit your comment via
   an open proxy that is not yet listed by DSBL.
