Yes, but reverse zone for your network is not delegated to those servers
by APNIC. See http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/ptr.ch?ip=213.176.4.6 : the
delegation chain ends at sec1.apnic.net nameserver.

You still need to contact your ISP and make them to arrange working
delegation chain from APNIC to your nameservers. Without it your DNS
works inside of your site only and does not affect Internet.
