Please use the "removalquery" procedure at the DSBL website. It is the
only way, and it is a simple accountability test: is any responisble
human able to receive abuse reports related to 196.14.28.226
celestisexch.ctnonsite.hosting.co.za? The current test result is "no":
your mailserver rejects e-mail to it's own Postmaster and gives
irrelevant diagnostics "unable to relay". Surely, it should not relay
this mail, it should deliver it locally, to you!

"Antispam software" can defend your own mailboxes but rarely helps
against unauthorized use of your server. However, the security hole
detected 1-Sep-2005 seems to be fixed; so, your statement "I don't
understand how to fix it" is too pessimistic.

Please prove accountability of your server.

It completely depends upon you. If you don't allow unauthorized use of
your servers, noone will be able to add it to DSBL database.

Please address this issue to your software vendors. They have supplied
some insecure software to you, and your system was effectively stolen by
spammers.
