I don't know how to configure that! My email exchange box name is
celestisxch.co.za. That name that you're mentioning here I have no idea
about...that's got part of the hosting company's identity in there.

I have created a postmaster address with the suffix you refer to, but it
doesn't accpt mail from outside...

How do I do this?

You must configure your server to accept messages
@celestisexch.ctnonsite.hosting.co.za and deliver it to the proper
mailbox on your side.
