My IP (which is dynamic) is getting rejected.see the server reply below:

550-66.176.168.29 is listed at dsbl.org. Please see

However, if I go to your site, it tells me that my IP is NOT blocked.

 

I don't understand a lot of this, but I seem to be in a catch-22.my mail
server tells me it's because you're blocking my IP.your site says I'm not
blocked.

 

 

Any suggestions?
