Dear Sirs, Unfortunately, our IP address was listed on your blacklist and I have followed the procedures for removal. Your instructions indicated an email to confirm removal will be sent to our [email protected] mailbox. It has been three days and we have not received such email. I tried to re-submit another removal request but was prompted that there is a pending removal request within the last seven days.
