First of all, your mailserver still operates as a simple open relay. See
fresh evidences at http://dsbl.org/listing?66.200.89.170: messages from
Russia to US. So, all your attempts to delist it are just premature.

We can see at http://dsbl.org/listing?66.200.89.170 that your mailserver
66.200.89.170 have accepted the test message and said:  "250 2.6.0
<[email protected]> Queued mail for delivery". The next
step is to search your mailserver logs for message-ID
<[email protected]> and track down this message to it's
location.

If this message was really deleted without any ability to recover it,
your next steps can be:

1. Fix the open relay problem.

2. Route all outgoing mail through your ISP mailserver, same as dialup
users do. Note: if you do it before #1, your ISP mailserver will be also
blacklisted; and both your ISP and other clients of this ISP will
instantly know who is responsible.

3. Fix the blackhole inside of your mail system which kills your
incoming mail.

4. Use "removalquery" next week.

Sorry, it will not be done because noone of three mentioned addresses is
a standard role contact. Please look into RFC 2142, Section 4 (Network
Operations Mailbox Names).
