I set up a postmaster account on my exchange server and sent a test
email from yahoo to [email protected] (my
reverse DNS listing in your system).  This is what I got as an answer.
I don't know what I am supposed to do!!  Please help.

The first thing is to fix the open relay. It's still open as of a few
minutes ago: http://dsbl.org/message?29428811

After that is fixed, you can use the removal method described in
http://dsbl.org/faq-listed#notmine.
