This request should be addressed to your software vendor. Unfortunately,
noone in this maillist uses MS-Exchange as an Internet mailserver.

In general, you should explain to your Exchange that
<[email protected]> is a local address
and it should be delivered to your own mailbox. Or, preferably, to all
your IT staff if it counts more than one person. The details are
available in Exchange manuals and HOWTOs. BTW, a good source of
additional information: http://www.msexchange.org/
