Hi Brant,
Your removal occurred just 40 minutes before you sent this message.  The
site you are trying to email may be using a cached local copy of the
DSBL list, as opposed to live DNS queries, so they may not have seen the
update yet.  Their local policy for refreshing their copy will determine
when your mail will begin to get through.

If it hasn't yet cleared up, you might want to prod them via other
means, such as by phone.
