Hi David,
So you are trying to receive messages from kaltech.net and they are
bouncing back.  Did this begin recently?  The kaltech.net mail server
has been listed since January.  Perhaps your email provider just started
using DSBL to filter incoming email.

It appears that the mail server for kaltech.net is indeed listed, as
indicated by the IP you put in the subject.  All listing information

As you can see, numerous attempts have been made to delist this host,
but XO does not seem to be listening.

The administrator(s) at kaltech.net are the only ones who can take care
of this listing.  They are running MDaemon, a mail server package which
has had well-known relay problems.  For what it's worth, they seem to
have fixed the issue.

If they take a look at http://dsbl.org/faq-listed#notmine they should be
able to delist themselves without depending on XO postmaster/abuse.

There's no mistake-- 205.158.149.114 was legitimately listed in January,
as you can see in the message detail (linked from the listing page
above):

Regarding phone support- DSBL is an all-volunteer organization, with
volunteers all over the world.  Email is the only practical means of
operation, and the bonus is that all communications are documented in
the open, for all to see.
