You see, I has been working as a security officer for a large ISP. There 
is nothing fatal in DSBL listings. A properly working security team is 
able to detect vulnerable client machines in own network even before 
they compromise the ISP relays and bring them to blacklists.

Moreover: the delisting procedure takes approximately 25 hours if an ISP 
  has reliable processing for role contacts like "Abuse" and 
"Postmaster". We see at http://dsbl.org/listing?212.159.14.133 that his 
incident had happened on April 16, the first delisting attempt was on 
May 02, but... still no success for some unknown reason.

I repeat: unfortunately, the "Multihop" database reflects a real 
security problem in Plusnet network. Yes, your recipients may wish to 
stop use this "multihop", but they may be also right if they will 
continue to use it.
