Hi Alexey, I have had contact from the support team at my ISP (plusnet) who said: "Our networks team are in the process of requesting the removal of our relay server from the DSBL listing, unfortunatly due to the volume of mail sent trough our servers we do get added to the multihop blacklist frequently so although we will be removed from the listing you may want to request that your contact uses the scoring system rather than the multihop or unconfirmed listings." Alexey, I have copied the intended recipient of the bounced email with this latest update for his reference. Chris, please read Alexey's note below for your reference.
