removal confirmations have been sent but to date, neither has been 
answered.  DSBL therefore concludes that mail to [email protected] 
is not being read.  Removal requires that the unique URL inside the 
confirmation email be visited in order to complete the removal request. 
  This proves that administrative mail for your site is being read.

If you can locate the message sent today, you can complete the removal. 
  If this message has been discarded or otherwise cannot be found,

and then make sure your administrative addresses actually work.  Testing
