Or, possibly, your mailserver adds WHOIS data to message header, in addition to "Received:" lines? If it hasn't, I have to remind the current DSBL policy: only DNS information is taken in account. DNS points to "charter.com", so <[email protected]> or <[email protected]> should work as contact. To your choice.
