It's the late evening here. However, white nights are coming, and it is

Seems to be so: the blocks are removed. I have checked four mailservers,
and all them are able to speak with mail.chartercom.com now. Thank you!

I have to repeat one of my questions. Does your desktop system have
WHOIS client being able to retrieve WHOIS information - preferably,
without prior knowledge of the region? Or, possibly, your mailserver
adds WHOIS data to message header, in addition to "Received:" lines?

If it hasn't, I have to remind the current DSBL policy: only DNS
information is taken in account. DNS points to "charter.com", so
<[email protected]> or <[email protected]> should work as contact.
To your choice.

Alexey
