DSBL uses the reverse DNS for your IP address. If your ISP can assign 
reverse DNS to 200.79.20.179 so that it would be "mail.PULLMAN.COM.MX", 
then DSBL would offer "[email protected]".

By the way: UNINET really should read e-mail sent to 
[email protected] .

No, DSBL can only send to postmaster or abuse @ [reverse DNS for 200.79.20.179]

Unfortunately, DSBL never removes entries without confirmation by one of 
the e-mail addresses shown on the removal webpage.

Interesting question, but I don't know... Most users of DSBL include a 
URL like http://dsbl.org/listing?200.79.20.179 when they reject e-mail 
based on a DSBL listing.
